Best Suspension. Smooth drive. Sounds like flute powerful ac. Luv it's drive very much. Not much electronic s. Best style. After 70000 km it has same Suspension as new. I ran in bad roads always.

(3 times same issue in 7 months and 6360KM and ENGINE LEAKING)

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Ok.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Less than 10K KM, engine Oil leaking and engine malware function issues

Final Words Engine malfunciton

1st time, Elite Bangalore service(Aug/2016). Traveled KM is 3231 when the indication came.

2nd time, Car towing by road assistance(that time I am a vacation with family). The car reached to PPS Motors Hyderabad service station(13/Oct/2016), they find the issue and replaced with new sensors. They took some long trip for testing. they return the car(31/Oct/2016).  Traveled KM is 5634 when the indication came.

3rd time, I visited the Elite Bangalore service station(4/Nov/2016). They have returned the car in a week. Traveled KM is 6360 when the indication came.

So if you want to keep face the problems with your car go ahead and buy. Keep visiting the service center.

Areas of improvement I failed the case on VW. 

I Posting to VW about the problem, they blocked me on Twitter and they will delete the problem comments(NOT ONLY MINE, THEY DELETED OTHER COMMENTS AS WELL). Instead of solving my problem.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox When speed comes below 15kmpl i have shift gear to first.

In city I am getting: 13-15 km/l. On Round: max i am getting 19.9kmpl. I go spped in between 80km/hr to 100 km/hr on long run. I use cruse control on long road. After tank full i have drived 570 Km still i can go 240 km. That is around 18 KM/hr in city + on long run.

Ride Quality & Handling: Fine Quality of metal. super. When you go faster spped it will spoil the car engine. I have not taken my car for the first service untill now. Next month i have to take.Have to check service cost. Once I have taken car for general checkup . the enginner said the car is in perfect condition.

Final Words:  11months completed i have travelled around 11000 km. no problem untill know. If you want better millage go at speed beteen 80-100 on long run. When you go faster spped it will spoil the car engine. I have not taken my car for the first service untill now.

Next month I have to take.Have to check service cost. Once I have taken car for general checkup . the enginner said the car is in perfect condition.

Areas of improvement When speed comes down it should have some pickup at second gear.

Performance and millage is goodNo faster pickup when the speed is below 15km/hr when in second or third gear.

great car ..love to drive ...handling is amazing..saftey feature is above the mark..saved my life many times.. Good handling Good engine safety features is great build is solid.. servicing every 15000 Km or 1 year its a myth that servicing and spare parts are costly..there isnt much difference. boot space is good rear space is bit less.. gear could be bit smooth ground clearance could be better

Volkswagen selling the new cars with the old engine, this job done by service center itself. And if you post your problems in twitter they will block your account(check the below screenshot) its shame to Volkswagen. 3 times same issue in 7 months and 6360KM and ENGINE LEAKING I brought the new car(POLO Highline petrol) in end of March(They did home delivery on 2nd April), from PPS motors Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad. They delivered an old engine in the new car, the same issue 3 times and engine leakage I filed a case on Volkswagen (July 2017), the head office does not have any documents(If they had why they are not submitting in Consumer court). Because it's manufactured by the service center.

Its worth a have paid , superb riding experience infact i have drive swift i10 i20 baleno ritz but polo is best in handling and in riding comfort. Classy looks super paint quality in just one wash it shines wonderfull and have a great perfomance in terms of milege power pickup in all aspects. It has a not much maintenace cost and have a great service high quality and service parts so lesser maintenance Pros -best interior quality , looks performance comfors luxury Cons-milage is bit lower not much and lesser service network

My buying experience was okay because I personally thinks that depends on showroom, staff and location. I purchased the car in Varanasi, so its my experience. Yours may be excellent!. Riding experience has been too good for the car at the budget of 8 lakhs. If you want to buy another car at this price range, it will not fit your remarks on build quality, individual suspension and safety. Looks is sophisticated and long lasting. Simple & classy are the terms that defines it better. Performance is accurate for Indian roads. Indian roads are safe to drive at not beyond 120 kmph (that's enough!, no show offs please). However, the car can go at much higher speeds but handling and control is superb. Servicing & maintenance is fine too. I mean for this build quality spending approximately 8000 per service a year/15000kms is feasible. Even other brands cost 5000 approx. But this is a premium car. Pros- styling, value for money, features, brand. Cons - a slight increment in maintenance as compared to other brands. Thanks!

Sweet car. Driven almost 35,000 kms on Indian roads. Mix of city and highway drives. I love being on driver’s seat on my VW. Everything is well put together towards the driver. I own a 2015 highline petrol and i just love how the car behaves. The handeling, the chutch and the gear throungh they just make driving in any condition just better. A/C on this car will make you chill and also can make it uncomfortably chill if you want it to be. I have a 18 swift and 15 polo both in petrol and the fuel efficiency is not that on the car. Swift returns 13kmpl in Delhi and Polo manages 12kmpl that’s not bad at all also keeping in mind that polo whole lot heavier than the swift. I just love being in that car, you can never get bored of all that it has to offer. Haven’t faced any issue other than the slightly high service cost. They say you car is a reflection of your personality my VW hatch petrol manual does that for me. Easy to drive in traffic, easy to drive at triple digit speed. Trust me I drove like 1000kms in a day and in total 4000kms in a week. This car is perfect size for Indian roads. If you want a tension free high quality car in less than 10lakhs go for it blindfoldedly and you’ll be in for a smooth experience just like the car it self. The way it looks believe it or not the car is like that only. Mature, strong and comfortable.

Buying experience was good Riding experience is excellent. Very confident about the stability. Amazing Looks. both interior and exteriors are excellent. Very decent mileage Servicing and maintenance are little costly for sure. Makes little noise than other cars. I am using POLO for more than 2 years and completed 17000 KM so far. Excellent driving experience. We get very confidence while driving.
