Buying experience: The showroom experience was good. Getting a favourite colour is difficult.
Riding experience: The interior quality is excellent. The seats are really comfortable.
Details about looks, performance etc: The 1-litre engine's power is a major step back when compared with the 1.2 Liter older version.
Servicing and maintenance: The service centres are really good.
Pros and Cons: Pros: Security, Build Quality, Milage Cons: Power reduced in the 1L engine.

No complaints till now...Using for the last 7years. Strong and good mileage. Had 8,9 long trips.Service and maintenance are good..

Buying experience: I was looking for car which has excellent handling, excellent performance, excellent safety and top-notch interior's. I researched many car brands took a test drive but I was not satisfied but finally went to Volkswagen showroom then I took a test drive and finally booked polo,this car has fulfilled all by above criteria.
Riding experience: My riding experience is superb I want put some points over its riding experience:- 1. Excellent high speed stability. Even if you cruise above 150km/hr on expressway you won't feel anything inside car 2. Best high speed cornering. You don't feel any kind of body roll over high speed turns. 3. Excellent suspensions which can absorb any bumps and pothole
Details about looks, performance etc: Performance is best you can easily achieve top speed of 185+ And due to high torque and bhp you can overtake any vehicle easily. About looks , I didn't found any another car which came close to looks of this car in this "segment".
Servicing and maintenance: Servicing and maintenance is costly but I want safety, performance, excellent ride and handling top notch interior's, and excellent build quality so I ignored service and maintenance cost. Even if you pay high cost for servicing you will be satisfied with servicing. Whenever I serviced my car through authorised Volkswagen service station I felt like they gave me new car.(i.e service quality is maintened every time)

I have used this car for 4 years.It's a nice car at this rate.I like this car.The color of my car is charcoal black and it's a 5 seated car.This is my first car and I am glad that I chose this car ad my first car.

Buying experience: Well experienced sales team. Good technical details about the car. Great finance offers.
Riding experience: Amazing Road grip and great pick up.
Details about looks, performance etc: Well balanced & decent look with not much of frills out side.
Servicing and maintenance: Yearly once service and little expensive but value for money.
Pros and Cons: Driver & front Co-passenger seating comfort is good. Rear passenger seat very cramped if 3 adults seated. Leg room for rear passengers depends upon co-operation & compromise of Driver & Co-passenger.

Security feature more then better from other then. Solid body not compromise to other then. Interior is wonderful. Comfortable but rate is few high from other then this segment. Overall good
