WHY every time I take my 2 year old Polo Diesel Trendline (13k km running) car to VW service station in Delhi, I am being informed that EITHER this spare part OR that need replacement? THE ONLY REASON I purchased a German Brand with a "Premium Price Tag" was that my overall running costs will be low, but IRONICALLY and SADLY, everytime post servicing of my car at a VW company service station, I am being informed that some MASSIVELY OVERPRICED spare part has to be replaced, and that spare part is NOT covered under warranty!
I am NOT sure whether VW donot has that much control over VW Service Stations and that the VW service station guys are at the real fault, and the quality of the VW product is actually genuine. ALL I KNOW is that being a married person, I refrain from taking risks and pay for the overpriced spares every single time. As a personal observation I am posting this as my review on CarWale and would welcome any such more observations.
We PAY for Premium Price so that we get Durabilit (of spare parts also), BUT DESPITE paying that PREMIUM tag, if I am still having to pay more on running costs, than I would rather prefer to GO BACK to some other Brand.
