This mail is to bring to the buyers' attention the blatant disregard for a customer that can be from VW's dealerships.
I purchased a Volkwagen Polo Highline Diesel in December 2011.
The car was given to the Volkswagen Motinagar authorized workshop for the first service of the car in May. Since then I have been continuously harassed by your company's representatives ever since owing to service failure.
Following are the problem areas
1. Time taken for servicing: 3 days as compared to 24hrs delivery as promised by the customer representative.
2. Malfunctioning of Body Control Unit reported. Cust. rep. assured me that it will be imported and replaced. Have not heard from him since 2 months
3. The power window lock has got stuck
4. The steering wheel is giving cranky noise and is not operating smoothly
5. The axle is giving a creaking sound
Ever since the first service I am facing some or the other issue and I am very much saddened and angered at the same time by the utter lack of service and respect for a customer.
I assure you that I will never be recommending Volkswagen as a car to anybody in my circle
This has forced me to take extreme actions one of which I am contemplating is put a graffiti (DO NOT BUY THIS CAR) and roam the car all over NCR.
