Volkswagen Vento Highline Diesel is very good for highway drive and all but in cities and village roads, its realy bad. Also after sales responses from the showrroms are very bad. We informed them the issue that even in small hump and gutters it used to hit and we wanted to check whether any small models of mud flaps are available. Then they told that many are coming with same problem that nothing can be done either remove the mud flap or sell the car. This the response we got. After spending 11 lacs on this car and hearing these type of reponses, what should the customers do????
The service charges and the cost of accessories are too high for a common to adjust with. In the regular service we need to spend atleast 10k-15k as price of oil and other charges which makes the maintaiance charges to be very high while compared with other cars of the same segment.
Good Spacing, and driving comfort only on smooth roadsNot good for Indian roads, Mud flap used to hit the ground even in small hump and gutters.
