the buying experience from Midtown motors prabhadevi branch was terrible, and so was the 1st. check up after 6 months. the entire experience with the vendor & the product is pretty sad. The milage for automatic Polo is 6.5 km pl . the service personel are not customer friendly & they miss guide & arrogant. Volkswagen needs to repyramid the working of the persons involved so that my experience is not repeated. dejected customer of Volkswagen.
