Volkswagen Cross Polo [2013-2015] User Reviews

I bought a used car worth Rs.4.7L from Volkswagen Showroom. Exterior looks Neat and Gave me a Sports edition feel with Black Riper along the end of bampers and body doors. Performance is Great and Initial Pickup is considerable. Top speed attained is 145kmph within 0-30secs Cons: Mileage is worst, it gives only 12kmpl at max. Headlamp visor is not good and Light vision,range is worst Maintenance is huge even for a minor servicing and replacing they charged me 9000rs for General service itself

Exterior Sporty looks, nice alloy wheels, dual hedlamp, roof rail, making of the car is incredible 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Steering mounted controls, climate control, dashbord and interior is black and looks rich, very comfortable seats, lights on the panel looks awesome.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.5 TDI engine is a rocket with 90 PSI power gives the feeling of sport car, fuel economy im getting 18- 21 according to traffic condition on but mostly i get a average of 21.5 kmp/l, Gearbox is excellent very well designed and placed.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride is just awesome better den any hatchback in d segemnt its supsension are taller and lighter car rides like butter on bad roads or pot holes dere is no sounds or jerk its just awesome, well handling is very good due to light and sporty steering of lamborghini style.

Final Words Its a small sports car which look attractive on road and inside with lamborghini style steering gives the feeling that german car maker are very innovative in terms of safety as it comes with standard airbags and ABS which no other car maker provides on standard but on selective. Its a well balanced car

Areas of improvement NO its a spacious car.

Pros

1 -The first thing your eyes will catch is the look of the car which looks more muscular and gives a premium and a classic character all thanks to the newly designed front and rear bumper along with the addition of neewly designed headlights and foglights beneath it.

2-The sound quality of the audio system is awesome and there is no need to add third party speakers or amplifiers. This is for the first time in a car I have experienced such a awesome audio quality. The buttons on the audio system is embossed with red lines which illuminates when you turn on the headlights and it looks fab and rich. you can play music through cd, aux, memory card, bluetooth and pen drive and u can answer or make calls while connecting through bluetooth.

3- The interiors are fitted with all black dashboard with premium plastic quality and you feel royal when you enter the cabin and it gives a sporty look at the very first instance.The steering is flat at the bottom which gives it a sporty look.

4- If you drive carefully I mean without unnecessary accleration it will give you an average of 15 kms/lt and on highway 18.2 km/l.

5-Though I have heard that power is not so good but i didnt get a feel anytime that power is any issue. it is a 74 bhp car. If u need more power buy a GT instead.

Cons

1- Lights in boot which is very disappointing for a brand like cross polo given the fact you have to sheel out at least 7.5 lakh ( on road )

2-Side mirror indicators

3-A little more leg room for rear passengers ( tall ones ).
