attractive car but VW service and part cost is very very high without warranty

The car was superb at first. but within one year the parts on dashboard have started to come out. first the side mirror adjustment button came off , then some light. final surprise was the AC vent of passenger and driver coming out on its own. VW company says I broke them or fiddled with them. SIMPLE and case was closed. And you know when you need to replace these parts how will VW cost. Hence not recomending this car. when you ask for warranty simple answer not covered.
