As declare by government of getting all the cars with basic 6 airbags standardized in each vehicle.. Toyota is always on his tongue. Well India is still treated a country where people can't afford safety over some stupid luxuries. Safety shouldn't be a thing of choice but a basic set standard. So Toyota hasn't offered safety features but only in its top variant. Secondly, way expensive.

Honestly, I am a great fan of Toyota engine and almost all of their vehicles so far (both in India and as well as in Malaysia). In fact, I had driven this Toyota Hycross vehicle both at the showroom and then for a day from a close friend. Basis which when I went to book the vehicle they ended up refusing to take the bookings even a few days before. I felt so sad that such a big Automobile Company has such a poor inventory system or Production line. Because the waiting period is for more than 26 months they openly refusing reliable and loyal customers. In fact, I had booked the VX (O) considering their unavailability on the ZX (O) product line and paid the booking amount, however, their Sales started scaring me whether I can get it in 2 years or not. With this kind of a body language, I ended up cancelling the vehicle booking almost forcefully... I wish someone from the Toyota HO goes through my write-up. I have heard that they tried to increase their production line by 30%, however, it shows a Reactive attitude instead of a Proactive one. Never expected such lousy and unchallenged behaviour from such an Automobile Giant. Alas...

Just Wow! Loving and enjoy driving it. It has been pleasure driving this and fuel economy is just mind-blowing. Comfort level is beyond expectations. It is so silent on low speeds and far better than other car in this price range.Superb Experience.

Everything is perfect with this upgraded model of Innova all features are useful Ground clearance increased which is most required in SUV 7 seater is the best option for a long drive with captain seats in 2nd row One more beat thing I liked is ventilated front seats.

It is a hundred percent value for the money but lacks a few features and quality features such as the 360-degree camera could have offered a better quality, the infotainment system could be of better quality. End of the day it's a Toyota, meant for reliability. It does great with driving and has no faults or quirks in daily use. Maintenance is easy and cost-friendly. Toyota's service is unmatched, the service center never disappointed me in the past few years.

It's a good car with more features value for money...there many features make everything easy and more comfortable journey ever...overall it's a best comfortable and fuel-efficient car.

Pros: A complete family car with all features and solid built At very high speed also its very stable and safe Very comfortable driving with nice suspension ADAS helps when on long drive on highways Space is a big plus. 3rd row can be used by 2 adult without cramping Instant pick of speed with motor assist helps a lot on signals Amazing steering with feather touch control Many safety logics beyond you think Cons: Android Auto disconnect while driving. This is a serious concern and unacceptable from such premium vehicle. They promised software update soon No rain sensing wiper (Not a big issue but surprised to miss) Wheels could have been better with less arch gap Servicing experience is not so great till now but yet to try other dealers

I liked the drive. It is very smooth. A lot of new features are there like a sunroof, leather upholstery inside the doors, ventilated seats, touchscreen infotainment etc. I drove it for about 300 kms. Yet to check fuel efficiency. Shock absorbers are not good. 360 degrees camera views are very poor.

Zx and ZX(O) variant does not have 8 seater. If it is there means will give 4 star rating this vehicle! Spending this much amount, they must also include 8 seater option to this vehicle
