Excellent family MUV but cheap cost cutting

Overall it's a good MPV for the family. One of the Toyota reliable engine. Very good vehicle for the highway. I feel price wise features are less. Some cheap cost cutting done for the interiors hard plastic, six air bags should have been given with these price range. Engine is not that powerful. Music system is very bad. Cruise control,TPMS like feature is missing . Toyota sales service is not good but after sales service is good. Hycross is very good in terms of comfort, can be used easily for long term. Road presence is very good.
