1. Buying Experience Buying experience was pathetic. I never thought such type of experience while buying a Car having price tag of Rs. 25 lakh. Car Dealer M/S Madhuban Toyota, Kurla west, Mumbai has simply cheated me while selling this Car. I came in touch with the sales person Mr. Sachin on 4th August 2021 and confirmed booking on 20th August 2021, paid the full amount on 27th August 2021. The Car was delivered to me on 9th September 2021. I was shocked to know while taking delivery that this Car has already been officially delivered to someone else on 31st July as per Toyota record and invoicing. Everywhere official delivery date of this car is mentioned as 31st July 2021, though I came in touch with the sales person of Madhuban Toyota on 4th August Only. How can a Car be delivered before placing the order. I tried to get this delivery date rectified in the system of Toyota with actual delivery date which is 9th September 2021 but could not succeed as I was told by the sales person of Madhuban Toyota that you have been given the Car against booking cancellation which has already been invoiced and delivered in the system of Toyota. So delivery date will remain as 31st July 2021 instead of 9th September 2021. I was not told about allotting Car against booking cancellation by someone else. I don't know what is the reality behind this. Am I given used Car or something else? 2. Driving Experience Driving experience is also not good. Experiencing too much outside wind noise / noise of air cutting in the cabin (while all windows are completely closed). It is very irritating on highways to drive above 80 km/hour as higher the speed greater the wind noise/noise of air cutting 3. Looks and performance are good. Car is sturdy and capable to cover any distance. 4. Servicing and maintenance are ok type. 5. Pros & Cons Pros: Family Car with high level of comfort Cons: Quality of paint is poor and within a span of 4 months it started fading from few places. Any soft grass are bushes are good enough to damage the exterior painting easily. Too much outside wind noise /noise of air cutting in the cabin when you drive at above 80 km/hour on highways.
