The sales person of the Ravindu Toyota was friendly and was knowledgeable. All explanations were given prior buying and was offered a test drive even while the showroom was 20 km's away from my location. The Crysta is filled with the Raw Power. It gives the best comfort ever offered by any SUVS. I brought the car after my doctor recommended it to me. The lengthy rides will no longer cause you strains. It wont exhaust you. I felt that the new model must be face lifted with respect to power. a 2400 cc is a superb one, yet the top end models must be equipped with more powerful engines. Pros Comfortable Powerful Suitable for huge family Cons Felt that few accessories which are necessary must be added instead of being charged extra.

Luxury at only 25 lakhs

The driving experience of this car was very well and smooth . In India lot of political leaders buy them because of status and also luxury . The Crysta has higher wheel base so that it helps us to go where ever we need and all we can say is that Innova can turn up to 10lakh kms with ease.

Best ride quality

Driving experience is too awesome Even I can drive thousands of kilometres in this Car. Most reliable car innova is. Toyata gifted india a best family car and worth of money. 147bhp power in manual transmission is superb.

Spending 25-30 Lakhs but no sunroof

Music System should have been 10 inches with Android facilities, as cars half the price of Innova are providing that and sunroof must have been installed in new 2021 model. Only minor changes have been made in Front Grills and the price has been rised by almost 4-5 Lakhs from earlier Innova Crysta.

Everything was good and is good . It is very comfortable car . Very easy to drive daily and rough. The engine is quite good and the suspension provides a comfortable ride. Though there could be some improvement in the vibration of the car . Vibrates a lot when a stop and engine is on .
