      Toyoto has made it much premium segment but they could added more features to it.. were XUV500 has in less cost .. Driving wise Innova crysta got more refined engine got more power on it gets convinced mileage.. coming to the service and maintenance Innova crysta is more expensive were higher middle class people cannot afford..

    • Great family car but at an expense.

      Buying experience was good, however, the sales persons show as if stock is not available, eventually offering the car with discount and freebies. I am driving fir last 1.5 years. Pros: Riding experience is just great. Look is far better than previous innova, giving a sporty profile. Great combination of Power and comfort, no other car is providing this. The top model gives luxurious feel. Styling is great. Great pick up espacially in power mode. Spacious car. The hazzlewood seat covers look premium. Great family car. AC is aweomely freezing even in Delhi Summer. Cons: However, service charges are far more than what they mentioned at the time of purchase. But still lower than other heavy cars. No rain sensing wipers or auto dim IRVM. Engine is noisy, should have aimed at noiseless cabin. Plastic quality in interiors is far inferior than old innova, small things get cracks. when we fold third row seat, they make lot of noise and they don't have solution for it. For the price they are charging these things should be taken care of.

      The buying experience was great and the customer approach is very good in d showroom.. the riding experience is wonderful but wen we are at speeds like 170-180kmph there is a viberation in the chassis of the vehicle... The looks are wonderful no words about that .. The performance is also great.. If we give the service in time to time the service cost will not be a issue

      1)My buying experience was good 2)Riding is very good 3)looks is superb and performance is excellent and it is very fast from behind wheel you can feel that you are driving this much big car 4)service and maintenance is very low of this big car from the price cost of the Vichle servicing is low 5)superb interior great looks and good build quality you feel safe while driving the car
