    TOYOTA HAS WORST CUSTOMER CARE

    HARSHA TOYOTA KONDAPUR TARGETS & HARASSES ITS CUSTOMERS

     

    HARSHA TOYOTA KONDAPUR targets its customers first by not providing written quotations and keeping everything verbal. After the purchase of vehicle they start playing with the customer by showing the things not included in the deal and bring the cash figure to their satisfaction. I purchase a Toyota Innova 2014 GX 8 seater on 27th Feb 14 and even after repeated reminders both written and verbal they are neither completing the permanent registration process nor providing me original documents to complete the process. WHY? Because I simply asked them to provide them the invoice details regarding the selected accessories as they had taken Rs 7000-8000 extra from me and I want them to compensate for it by providing TYVEK body cover and other 2 accessories. Added to it they were also charging Rs 2500 for permanent registration process when at RTA it is done in Rs 650.

    5.     Instead of helping me out Harsha Toyota teams threatened of dire consequences

    After delaying the permanent registration process for nearly 3 months now they don’t even want to pay for any fines/Penalties by RTA for delay in permanent Registration. They are not ready to acknowledge the in competencies of their team and want the customer to bear the consequences of their ineffectual transaction. Why should I?

     

    Added to the dealers harassment is the Toyota company attitude, Toyota Kirlosker  India does not respond to customers grievances even after repeated emails and phone calls and Toyota Japan does not provide an email address and their phones answer only in Japanese. It seems Toyota is only interested in customers’ money and not their grievances
