Exterior I found it better than many mordern hatches available in the market. Good smilling grill and stylish bumper. The border between door windows are good. How ever for Diesel GD no crome option available and doors are not really feels chunky.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Speace inside is like a seadan car, Its more than any hatch available. Seats are good but not the best. Dash board is dull, no techo meter option for GD version. The speedometer is located center of the car which I dont like. Well its all upto personal taste but in space and comfort point of view its the best.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good drivebility in city, minimal turbo lag, bumper can be taken on 2nd gear. However engine makes little more noise when it statrs or above 3500 rpm( may be more than 120 kmph speed). Grear box is really smooth and the concept of reverse gear excites me!
Fuel ecomony is claimed as 23.59 in highway and may be 17+ in city. Howver I have not yet tested.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality & handling is awesome, it handles potholes and bumpers really well, thanks for retuning the suspension to 170 mm.
Final Words
Its too early too comment, but I am till now happy with the performance and ride quality of the car. Car is responsive in city and specious. We generally drive 90% time in city and 10% in highways, if your requirement meets above criteria then Liva is a pratical city car which can give you comfort, space, good fuel economy, drivabily , T badge and easy maintenance option.
Areas of improvement 1. Interior plastic quality. 2. Basic features like sun flims, driver seat adjustment 3. Engine noise reduction.
Great Drivebility, Great space, fuel economy, decent exterior look, T badgeLittle dull interior, little noise engine in 1 & 2nd gear, not tuned for performance
