        • Car is good but service is poor.
          I have a toyota etios liva . When i was going on highway, driving speed was on 130 km/hr to 140 km/hr, suddenly front tyre come into damage road and wheel get punchered due to safty feathers i controlled it very well but it strike from left side rock from front side It got damaged from front side so i give it on service center at my native place for repairing under insurance. They passes insurance claim but its damage parts are not available at service center from last 25 days.In starting they don't give me delivery date. They says as parts will arrange will call you. Days passes now Service centre employee says that parts will come after one month till we have to wait for it. Car is good, its perfomence is too good but its service is so poor. So please think about it that its perfomance is good but in service end its goes down.performance and comfort.Service

        • Japanese Car Manufacturing Tyota Compromizing on Quality standards.
          Hello Sir this is laxminarayan from India Chennai, I have purchased your Toyota Brand car Etios Liva with Registration No TN 20 XXXXXX, I have query regarding the vehicle safety, the car has not met to the safety standards and made me disappointed on the same. Please find the details of the same. This is to inform you that on 10 th dec 2014, night 10.30 p.m. I was travelling back from company to home in the vehicle No.TN20XXXXXX manufacturing date sep 2011. Unfortunately met with an huge accident. A cow crossed the road and which made me lost my control on the vehicle and the vehicle got hit front to front to the cow. The cow lifted 6 to 8 feet from the ground level and fell down on the road and rolled front for a 50mt rolled on the road .so, u can imagine the impact of the accident. By god’s grace there was no major injury for me but I have few neck stretch and body pains. The vehicle got completely damage from the front side so badly even though the air bags failed to deploy which was very much shocking for me. other scenario luckily I was out of from this situation. But if something would have gone wrong to me and lost my life in the accident my family would have suffered a lot on this. Only due to the technical failures of airbags. purchased the vehicle no. TN20XXXXX with a special pack option by paying more money only keeping into mind that it will save me and my family at such situation but since it was complete technical failure of your air bags I have lost the confident on Toyota and its products. Toyota is not ready to accept their failure of Airbags and refusing. So finally I have decided to take this matter to consumer court and need your support and help to get compensated from Toyota.Bad Air bags.SRS Failue

        • ETIOS LIVA - A LOVE AFFAIR WITH PLASTIC
          Exterior Styling is good, but the strength of the body is not up to the mark. Any minor touch will make a dent on the body. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious car except the interiors are totally made of plastic which gives a lot ratling noise, which made me to sell the car. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox No second word regarding engine performance. It's fantastic D4D engine which gives desired power whenever we need. Ride Quality & Handling Comfort riding and handling. No problems at high speed. Good braking system. Final Words Definitely can not expect such a car from Toyota. Now, I'm seriously thinking of going for other manufacturer instead of Toyota. Areas of improvement Suspension is major area where Toyota must satisfy the customer. Initially they delivered car with a defective from suspension which was making heavy noise when the tyre gets in to pot holes. Later, when I complained to toyota service team, they replaced the front suspension, which was a improved one. After some time, noise started from the back suspension. I got an answer from the service team saying that, these also need to be replaced at our cost. I'm really surprised to know, how Toyota release the model on the road wwithout analysing these faults!!! Instead of plastic Toyota could use some better quality materials for interiers.Very nice and efficient engine - D4DVery poor suspension, total interiors are made with plastic. Exterier body doesn't have strength
