Etios after 5000 km driving

 

Exterior Decent size sedan, Looks quite good, colour is impressive, alloy wheel makes it more attractive. Front grille with additional chrome makes it an elegant car.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Great space inside is comparable to that of Toyota corolla. Boot space is even more than Corolla which is otherwise a bigger car. Rear seats are really comfortable for long travel. Legspace is more than adequate. Dashboard is simple but instrument pannel makes it innovative. Centrally positioned speedometer and tachmeter allows the driver to have better concentration towards road. Ac is also very effective.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox This engine has many advantages. Etis develops peak power and torque at relatively low rpm making it easy to drive. This also gives fuel efficiency. Gear box is very smooth to handle.

Ride Quality & Handling Good suspension, low turning circle,good power steering and high griving position make Etios efficient in Ride and Handling.Vehicle did well even in poor quality roads.

Final Words I had only got the first service done .Toyota dealer in chennai was extremely customer friendly. Accessories particularly higher end seatcover made the interior of etios look elegent.

Areas of improvement Toyota can introduce more designs  of alloy wheels.
