Having visited the plant of Toyota in Japan in early 2000s, I was so obsessed with buying a Toyota car.
And in 2010, I ended up buying Corolla Altis, which I love the riding experience when ever I drive the car, be it a family ride, pleasure trip or business travel. The car identifies itself the kind of road we travel, whether it's a four lane highway or a single lane City road. You never get tired even if you travel for the entire day. It's the car to be driven in an aloof four-lane highway, when it drizzles or rains. The driving comfort is too good for maneuvering with ease. It's a car which gives you a style statement.
The only aspect which i am not that much better off is it's slow pick up
Ground clearance could be better, keeps scrapping underbody and bumpers on steep inclines.I don't miss rear view cameras and touch screen newer models have cause I don't need driver aids.I learned driving in cars without it, basically it's for people who are terrible drivers.
I also brought this car when it was 13 years old and had 47,000kms for 3,15,000. Considering toyota engines could last 400,000Kms with proper maintenance, I got a car that could last 10 times longer with only 25% of the original price when brand new. What a bargain!
