- Manufacturing DefectEngine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Loud engine like desiel engine. Ride Quality & Handling Bad as my car is having manufacturing defect. Final Words Dear all, I bought vento Automatic, in jan 2013 in bangalore from apple auto, it's hardly month old, since I bought there is a loud noise coming from the rear of the car when ever the car passes a speed breaker at 20kph some times even at 15kph. Apple Auto in bangalore are hopeless and they are just interested in a sale and after that they just ignore you. I have given my car to them to loom into the problem and for last 10 days the car is with them and no update from them regarding the same and finally they say the car is alright and all the cars of VW make a loud noise from the rear when they pass the speed breakers. I just can't believe them and I have driven lot of makes and models but never experienced such thing. Not to mention how pathetic their toll free number service, it's just an eye wash as far as resolving problems are concerned. All bangaloreans pls avoid apple auto like hell. Regards Vijay Dasari vdasari@aol.in Areas of improvement VW have to come up with contact numbers and email addresses for the grievances as the toll free numbers ane the email address on their web site is of very little help, the call center guys do not know any other information other than the info from the website. If you have a concern/grievances there is a very remote possibility of help Fromm the VW India. Unless your dealpro helps you there is no other option. Avoid VWBrand as there is no transparency and all the information that thou are supposed to know, like VW standards, your prevail ages like courtesy car etc are closed held and no one gives out any customer benifitial information.Can't think of anyBad dealers, worst customer service from VW, consumer infinite troublesరేటింగ్ పారామీటర్లు(5 లో)3

1 - A POWERFUL CARExterior Front looks same as polo.Undercarriage (near rear wheels), two cables are hanging - could have been tucked carefully to under carriage. Interior (Features, Space & C.omfort) Rear passenger seat at the middle has a big obstruction from the projecting mid portion at the floor bottom. The quality of plastics used in the dashboard and interior are very poor. Cannot expect this from Volkswagen. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox performance is too good compared to fluidic verna ,city,sx4,linea. Now what do I say about the engine performance. How do i describe the feeling. Amazing, Incredible, Splendid, Superb. Well many more of the similar type of words. Boy you have do it on your own and find out. I felt like i taxied an airplane in the last leg of its take off attempt. It is so poweful. Amazing pick up. Shoots like a rocket. Engine is noisy in sports mode. Ride Quality & Handling Amazing ride quality and handling. Just amazing. Splendid. I drove it on a paddy field like road. Full of slush, gutter, potholes. Uneven surface. Final Words Value for money only if missing features are added and areas where attention needed attended to. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comfortable,safe and spacious cabin .With pleasnty of boot space. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Done only 4000 KM so far so good. Fuel economy is pathetic especialy on the Mumbai road with my Auto transmission. Ride Quality & Handling Sturdy comfortable and no fuss. For back seat driving as well as for a weekend out of town a reliable (so far) sturdy car that gives a feeling of saftey and reasonable comfort. Final Words Overal you must giv eit to the Germans to build a dependable sturdy safe car . I most driven around the back seats are comfortable and the a/c duct in the back a blesing. Areas of improvement Service Service Service. Tornado motors from whome I bought my car doesnt know the ABC of customer service or satisfaction to top it the bad experience continues even upto the 4th month of owning the car.It is comfortable sturdy safe car which is fun to drive and to be driven around in.Service and Fuel.
