Bad service

Hi,

I love the Volkswagen Polo and so keen to buy one. But to my dismay I have been following up with atleast 2 dealers here asking them to send the vehicle for a test drive. I am doing this exercise past 5 months now. Only reply I get is that both thier cars have met with an accident so they cannot send. I see the attitdude of folks in the showrooms whom i interact with very casual and not bothered to cater to a prspect buyer, seems like Volkwagen does not want good reviews or good sales. Unbelievable but true! I love the car, but for sure want to get the feel of driving, must say due to the attitude of showroom guys I may have to change my mind. Sad to see the state of showrooms wt such classy products but horrible people who do not want to market or have the desire to gain mind share with customers.

Volkswagen this is thoroughly dissappointing.
