Honestly, I am a great fan of Toyota engine and almost all of their vehicles so far (both in India and as well as in Malaysia). In fact, I had driven this Toyota Hycross vehicle both at the showroom and then for a day from a close friend. Basis which when I went to book the vehicle they ended up refusing to take the bookings even a few days before. I felt so sad that such a big Automobile Company has such a poor inventory system or Production line. Because the waiting period is for more than 26 months they openly refusing reliable and loyal customers. In fact, I had booked the VX (O) considering their unavailability on the ZX (O) product line and paid the booking amount, however, their Sales started scaring me whether I can get it in 2 years or not. With this kind of a body language, I ended up cancelling the vehicle booking almost forcefully... I wish someone from the Toyota HO goes through my write-up. I have heard that they tried to increase their production line by 30%, however, it shows a Reactive attitude instead of a Proactive one. Never expected such lousy and unchallenged behaviour from such an Automobile Giant. Alas...
