Innova crysta vx

I bought this good looking reputed name in April 2018. Driven about 90000 km till date and writing this review straight from the heart. I am a business traveler, my vehicle is most chauffeur driven. Covers large distance on road. I bought Crysta assuming comfort in rear seats. But to my surprise the captain seats of 7 seater model are not that comfortable. Believe me seats if previous innovation 2011 to 2016 are still more comfortable than Crysta. So I dose off during long distance travel Is anyone from Toyota seeing team reading this. Kindly do these changes and upgrade the vehicle. I am seriously thinking of selling it. Model name : VX
