no nova no goa only innova

we had bought our innova in march 2006 which has already done 55k kms . i had complained about the craked aircon vents in the second row in our third service but even after 10th service it has not been fixed we think that toyato tkm wants us to complete 100000 kms so that they could deny waranty claim for the same . it has craked on its own duer to maufacturing fault. we also face a peculiar problem with the wear and tear ofthe tyres the oef goodyear tyres also had the uneven wearing in the front and now the new set which has been fitted after 5000 kms show the same problem . the vehicle ride is not smooth like a car it behaves like a truck. i need attention from toyato on the above .
