Exterior Decent looks. Don't have a body color door beedings to offer. Had to buy mudflaps for V varient.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I had to shell 24K on seats even on a V varient to feel comfortable, Plastic is cheap and the meter console color scheme is not user friendly. One got to search for the needle in a white background.
I had to spend 800 to add a USB/Aux input to the built in audio system. this is heights toyota for a V varient. So I sould not expect an electronically adjustable OVRM in this car:) And I didn't understand the logic of keeping 4 spkrs in the front row :(, There are some innovations like door mat lock for driver which is really useful.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I don't know why this car has given a second gear.. you can't even negotiate an average speed braker with it in Bangalore. One got to rely on 1st gr. However, once the you move to 3,4 & 5th it is a fun car to drive.. you don't really have to down gears as often as you do on other cars.
Ride Quality & Handling Good ground clearance, smooth steering, precise gear shift. It is a pleasure to drive if you are not expecting 0-60 in 8 seconds :)
Final Words I don't think it was value for money at 6.7 on road for V in Blr. I had to shell out another 40K on accessories to make it look like a V varient. But I tust toyota for their low maintenace cost and product quality & service. The car is a pleasure to drive once you move on to 3rd and higher gears.
Areas of improvement I guess I have given enough :).
