Only Drawback is Poor city driver Mileage 10 km/Liter

Tata Tiago is my 1st car , My Buying experience was good , i booked the car on Aug 8th & the dealer delivered the car with in 1 week , i was happy with the dealer side service as they keep their commitment on my car delivery , Discounts & accessories Driving experience is also good & fun to drive, car is delivering the expected performance and initial power while driving , The Harman Sound system is the added feature which make our driving more fun & relaxed Car exterior looks bit sporty & premium feel interior also satisfying one I was facing some issue on 1st & 2nd gear shifting while driving & i raised a complaint regarding the same with TAT , They provided doorstep pickup & drop services also they resolved the issue in free of cost so i believe TATA is improving their service quality The only Major & main Drawback which i feel & currently i am facing on this car is with current Fuel Economy Mileage , In Highway drive its give a decent Economy of 17 to 23 Km / Litter but when it came to city drive fuel economy is so Poor , i am getting a Fuel Economy of 8 to 10 km / Litter which i am really not happy and satisfied , i already raised complaint regarding the same with TATA service team & still the issue is not yet fully rectified
