Vibration issue and failed to start 1 day

No issues with buying experience or servicing and maintenance. I faced 2 big issues: 1. After 3000 km, Engine created problem after 80-90 km/hr speed..there is so much vibration in the peddle that you cant keep ur foot and had to decrease the speed to 50-60 even in a free highway 2. At around 4300 km, out of nowhere, the car failed to start one day. I called the helpline, they were quick to respond. A truck came, towed the car to the service centre, this took a whole day. I was informed after a day, that it was some relay problem and is a rare issue. Still, for any customer on any random day, a dead car is of no use.
