Final Words For 1 week I didn't start my car it doesn't start at all at the same time we called for customer care of breakdown department at 8 am. They told within 45 minutes service people will reach you but they came at 12 -30 pm after 4-30 minutes of waiting they came and checked the car battery is totally dead Within 3 months of purchase , after charging horn indicators started working but car didn't start at all after that Fast track people told that it will sensors problem of clutch plate you have to take your vehicle to Shimoga service Karnataka you people only
Once again we called customer care they arranged same slow track people came at 8-30 pm saturday to take our car to service centre by toe vehicle . Shimoga service people took hardly 5 days to repair our car
After that handbrake pressing button itself coming out it means we can't able to apply brake , Same Shimoga service people took 5 days to bring handbrake handle for tiago , poor service centre they don't have even a single part of latest most sold car of 2016 Is it fantastic of keeping our car in service centre for those people to see
It will be better to keep that type car in showroom itselfrather than bringing trouble for customer
Areas of improvement Lot of improvement needed 1st servicing of the cars is needed badly , for a small problem of changing handbrake handle they took 6 days badly in Shimoga service centre Karnataka
They gave reason like we don't have parts we don't have mirrors we don't have handbrake handle etc.
