If you think you're getting an SUV for a great price in a Safari, think again... its shit!

 

I havent had a worse experience with any other automobile brand. Tata motors, in all segments takes the cake for a bad product (I'm selling my 30 month old Safari at 36000Kms for 4 Lac, so you can imagine), bad build (Steering Column, tie rod ends, rear view mirror, windscreen wiper mechanism, auto lock and brake pads have already been changed once and the suspensions will need to be changed soon, another 60k expence), poor attention to detailing, extremely bad finishing (the key hole looks as if a road side keymake cut it in, seat belts already sagging, door lining hanging out) but this is not the worse part.

The service centers and the manpower they have is even worse, if that was possible. Han Motors, stripped of their franchise, Bharati Motors, unprofessional and dishonest to the core, (I still have a letter from 4 months back assuring me that a new clutch assembly is on its way!) Om Sai at Kandivilli... Two weeks to do an insurance job and still not do it. Tata Motors is by far the biggest con job that I have been at the suffering end of. Good bye and good riddance, NEVER another Tata product.

 

Very Roomy, Good on the highway.Bad Build Quality, Very Bad quality in terms of parts, both mechanical and body.
