Another issue happened with in 1500 kms
So i wrote email below now decide ur own experience
This is regards to my new TATA Nexon XMS-D purchased on 19-dec-2020
But now its 1500 kms driven but vehicle got break down with a symbol ENGINE CHECK where it gets off suddenly in middle if the road, agreed that your customer relation people say ita some issue will resolve but isnt it a manufacturing defect and the impression of customers doest matter at all?
From the day one of delivery im facing issues one or the other way if you can check my complaints about below chassi vehicle
I also know the formal reply on this from you saying we will resolve but i am really disappointed because engine gets off with a new vehicle how a customers feel about trust in TATA never i will advise or now has love on my car even after correction
Only way me as a customer will feel good if the vehicle is replaced that wont happen why cost its cost to company and you wont care actual problems which can only be seen on your Boucher... Invoices or welcome book notes saying Happy to serve customers
