Worst decision to buy Tata indica car

I have bought new Tata indica emax- bi fuel car in dec'14. I was much more happy with my selection since one year use.then I have started to face repeated problem of MIL engine malfunction error.my car started to take big juts during running if I go above 40 Kmph speed.i had mailed to customer care lot of time but no any positive support found from Tata motors. Every time it was solved by just resetting error by software in workshop.no any root cause found till date. I'm still facing the problem in my car. That was prooven worst decision of my life.
