Cheated on purchase

I happened to purchase a Tata Indica Vista from Hyson Motors, Thrissur. The vehicle was delivered yesterday. To my utmost surprise while reaching home I found that the front tyres and rims were replaced with old and damaged ones. I felt completely cheated because of the fraudulence. This is alarming, new vehicles also can't be purchased now without experts.

As a lay man the only thing I can check is what appears in the first sight. Now I don't trust the brand, your team and the whole delivery system.

I had registered complaint with Tata Motors and haven't heard from even after 24 hours                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Anyone planning for a purchase of this brand who doesn't bother about customers and ethics.
