Exterior Metal body is very poor in quality as compared to Maruti.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Plastic quality is not in the class. good driving space for the diver.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Poor pick up. Engine Noise, Poor mileeage, high maintenance.
Ride Quality & Handling Hard Power Staring & hard gear.
Final Words TATA is giving importance to sell their car, not giving the proper service.TATA should have better control and monitoring system to find out what is really happening in the service centre, If not your company will be a history & your product will be in the museum.
Areas of improvement Service backup is worst, Tata mechanics are unable to diagnose the problem ,It has been a very bad experience for me with TATA. TATA need to improve on sale and service network. The dealer are making huge monet and there skin have become fat due to tata band. and making no effort to maintain it. I do not know why tata is bearing there attitude. i believe they should increase the dealer in every city to have more customer coveryage and competeteion among dealers..Never go for TATA car.
Only ACPoor pick up, engine noise, Poor mileage,Rough ride,service backupis worst etc.
