Drove the Hexa for a Short distance, the car appears to have a good road presence. I have been an user of Tata Safari Dicor.
The experince at Concorde Marol has been disgusting. Was waiting for more than 30 minutes for the sales people to even talk to us. They were more interested in gossiping among themselves rathar than attending customers. However calling the branch manager (Who was absent that day) did not help either. He just did not respond to the call nor did he call back.
Espeacilly when Tata is investing so much in technology and bringing new models they should also focus on customer experience and ensure their front end staff is well trained and are more customer focusssed. Else the Technology investments by Tata will yeild only sub-optimal results.
It would do a world of good for Tata if they focus on customer experience and train their staff accordinglt.
