Exterior Nothing much to complain about. Does have a luxury-car look to it. However with the launch of the Rapid, both cars look almost similar from the front (not to an authomobile enthusiast - but to a common man)
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Everything is amazing. Sound system is just simply Superb! Rear seat space - Superb! Features of convenience - Superb!
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox For a car of this size and 160 bhp on tap - I get anywhere between 11 and 15 on the highways and just below 10 inside the city. Gearbox! Ha - the touchy factor. 7-Speed DSG gearbox's WERE prone to their meachatronics failing. I am assuming this problem in the mechatronics unit is fixed (can anyone validate that?)
But - for driving the 7-Speed DSG is in a class of its own. Absoultely no feel of gear shifts. Instant power on demand!
Ride Quality & Handling Nothing to complain about.
Final Words If at all one can get the assurance that the mechatronics problem in the DSG is fixed - I would say that this car is better VFM than our 3 german friends - including the A6, 5-series and E-class.
