Final Words. Horrible post sales service. Doors rattle.  Known for changing original parts for fake. Freqent problems which remain unattended. I purchased skoda laura l&K IN june 2009. The doors started rattling 1 month after purchase. My car has been to the dealers 7 times in 6 months. It' still drives worse than an autorickshaw with noises coming fro every nook and corner. The audio speaker was defective, the doors are defective, axle boot has been replaced. The people at head office in Aurangabad do not bother to even look into your complaints. My suggestion is to buy a skoda product AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Areas of improvement  They need to be professional, improve after sales service dramatically, listen to the customer which they do not do at all. Given the current state of affairs with different customers, this company shall be closing down in near future.
