The car is no doubt a good car having value for money but the service center is worst. The authorized dealers are also worst. If you give your car for servicing they will charge for each and everything. They think what is promised by sales guys, it is totally opp. The manager is not bothered about the customer. The insurance company Reliance is also the biggest thief. They never give insurance claim money rightly. I would like to ask the people if any car service guys ask you 12k for service for 2nd service how will people react? I would request people I made mistake. You don't make mistake to buy Renault car. Please think before you take the car.
