Bought this vehicle in Apr 2016, Since then I am complaining about the milage, all sales and service staff keep giving me ways to test the milage.
Yesterday I took their driver to test the milage and after crusing at the speed of 90 KM per hour on a highway for 106 kms, I proved it to them.
The technical incharge instead of accepting the issue started cross questioning me and driver and I took him for another spin across with his laptop attached to the car to MONITOR the SENSORS. Again the same results.
Also every time I go for a service they add more problems than to solve existing, yesterday I complained that the rear camera is misbehaving sometimes, the person who repaired rendered the camera totally not working, and then the advisor has the audacity to ask me to the camera manufacturer for repairs, this camera was fitted by their accessory team while selling the car to me.
No had any clue, the works manager and all keep deflecting my complaint and were rude. I expected a world class car from a world class brand, but it seems "Renault" actually care a damn for the customer.
My Suggestion: DONT BUY RENAULT vehicles. AFTER SALES IS VERY PATHETIC.

If you want to let your lodgy drive you, then buy this vehicle. I spent bloody more than one lac just after one year. My experience been worst in terms of reliability on the engine. Turbo went down, wear & tear in cylinder, leakage on gas kit, turbo piston broke etc...& most of the issue was caused by service center. Problem started coming after service and later when I claimed for warranty, Renault refused to replace the parts and said, your appointment schedule was not in line with what we recommended to you, hence you will have to pay for it. I took my car back after one month and get it repaired outside.
If you want to throw money, then go ahead with this car. I miss hyundai and Toyota where I never had any problem and issue was resolved without any hiccups. The max time I left my car at service center was 3 days.
My brother wanted to by Captura but I stopped him to buy any Renault Car.

1. Quality of body is poor. What I saw in showroom was better. They fool you.
2. Interiors are substandard.
3. Accessories are poor.
4. Engine power is not sufficient.
5. Doors are knocking when closed. Fuel economy is OK. Looks are good. But long term feel is poor as I feel a little cheated. Better avoided.

Exterior
Lodgy looks good on the exterior and it is quite decent even for a car this big. I have a grey lodgy and it looks very nice and people turn and check it out. I love how they have designed it to look appealing yet decent.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
The interior is huge as the exterior suggests, 7-8 people can sit comfortably in the lodgy. The dashboard and interior is adequate. The seats are very comfortable and give good thigh support. The head and leg room is enough to make the passengers feel comfortable. It has ABS and steering adjustment.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Engine is good, it is fuel efficient and silent. The cabin is not noisy even at good speed. 5 manual gears are enough for small commutes and even highway driving while carrying any load.
Ride Quality & Handling
The car rides wonderfully and the steering is light and there is not lag so it is fun to drive, even in the traffic. It does not cause any inconvenience whatsoever.
Final Words
Buy this car if you want it for utility and if you have a business and need to travel frequently wit co-workers then this is the car for you.

Exterior
Front design is excellent. But rear looks boxy. Color options are great, particlulary the Royal Orchid variant, which I own - draws everyone's attention for a moment when on road.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Quite spacious. I own a 8 seater variant - 8 people can easily fit in. Even a drive of about few hundred kilometer on to a hill station - everyone were comfortable. All row A/C vent is a plus point.
However, second row seat cannot slide, which makes it slightly uncomfortable.
Limited boot space capacity when driving full.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Great engine performacne, particularly on Highways. Can easily beat any car.
Excellent fuel economy on highways - I even got around 22 (more than what they claim!). However in cities it had dropped to 13-14, some times to 10. Average what I got so far is around 18.5.
Easy transmission.
Ride Quality & Handling
Feels little bumply when driving alone. Otherwise great ride quality and smooth driving, particularly on highways.
Final Words
Great value for money if you are looking for a family car and planning on long trips frequently. A definite alternatives to existing one's in Indian Market.

I had no intentions of buying lodgy because I was fixated on buying the innova. I however was swayed by a friend to take a test drive of the lodgy. Performance and engine wise lodgy is no less than the innova. I was pretty convinced and impressed after I took the test drive. My main intention behind buying an MPV was to ensure that my family travelled comfortably across town. lodgy was perfect for that purpose. My daily commute in the car is around 30 kms and many times it has more than 4 member with me. I observed that lodgy’s 108 bhp power from the dci diesel engine ensures a smooth ride even when it is at its max in terms of load. It has more than enough boot space has decent interiors which could be worked upon in the future variants. What set apart lodgy from innova was its 6 gear transmission and lighter steering resulting in a better handling and driving experience. This is an ideal car in the 10 lakh price range and it will not disappoint you as a family car.

Final Words milage is super iam getting at an average 17-18kmpl in city
on highway i had even got about 23.5kmpl that too my first service is due next week . thats about 2000km so i expect it to improve more after 2 or 3rd service as i have experiance with logan which has same engine
