substandard quality of Kwid
I am Seby in Mysore. I bought a Renault Kwid RXL car in December 2015.
1. The steering had noise which was dismantled in the showroom and was rectified with some spray.
2. Handbrake was replaced.
3. Rear door rubber beading was replaced.
4. Oil sump was replaced
5. Oil filter was replaced twice!!
6. Underarms/forearms were replaced.
7. Shock absorber was replaced
8. Accelerator pedal was replaced.
9. Keeping in rain for some time will get the car 3 inches water on the floor of the car, that was anyway rectified, they say!!!
10. Under body silencer was replaced
11.Key barrel is yet to be replaced.
12. Within 30K kilometers, the brake pads had to be replaced twice!!!.
13. Body parts are too delicate, even a knock from a distance of one foot can make the car behave like touch-me-not plant.
14. The engine sound to the cabin is unacceptable. (not a major issue)
15. AC gas was reloaded (even with very very minimal use of AC)
16. Mud guards are too poor, not of any quality.
17. The wheels were removed and refitted many times which really makes the wear and tear of the car faster than normal.
18. Since the body is so thin, even a light impact can cause unimaginable damage.
19. Customer care does not respond properly
20. The car for any minor repair will be mishandled, will cause more harm than repair.
21. They dirtied the roof of the car during the first service, told they would rectify it in the following service, but they dirtied it more.
