I purchased Renault Kwid Rxt model in March 2017 from Avia Auto Services Patpadganj branch. Since then in less than a year I have taken my car to service station for over 10 times for various issues.
Issue No. 1 When I purchased the car I was fraudulently given a Comprehensive Insurance Policy instead of a Zero Dep. Policy. Which incurred me losses every time I claimed my insurance.
Issue No. 2 There is only one reverse light in the car on the left side and no light is provided at the right side of vehicle which creates problem whenever I try to reverse my car.
Issue No. 3 They claim that car gives an average of 25kmpl. Which I totally false claim and nowhere near 25 kmpl you can expect in a city like Delhi.
Issue No. 4 Back in July 2017 when monsoon begun, my car got flooded with rain water and my laptop and documents were destroyed.
Issue No. 5 The body is made of plastic and is so is the base of engine. The engine due to a small stone got damaged and oil chambers had to change. Which costed me 7500 approx. The service department asked me to get an engine protection for Rs 1800/- which the Renault was supposed to install before selling the vehicle.
Issue 6 Since I was not holding a zero dep policy in the first year I faced great difficulty in purchasing a zero dep this year. The Renault Team is so unprofessional that they don't even reply to my mails and complaints. If you are planning to buy Renault car kindly have a review from it's prior users and watch YouTube videos regarding issues with Renault car.
