I Hemant. Behere Had purchace Your Renault Kwid Live For more edition Kwid RXT 1.0 SCe Easy R on my wife’s name Shraddha. Behere on 24th of april from Dombivli Gen-next motors dealer of Renault. Following are the problems faced in cars which might be common for you.
1) The first visit I did on 5th of April 2017 for the Ac problem where it was solve than and there.
2) The second time I visited on15th May 2017 where in I informed about fuel consumption it was unresolved and said average once you drive more it will increase.
3) The third visit was on 29th May 2017 where in they came to know there was issue where in a part by name canister evapo was faulty due due that there was vacuum created in fuel tank so the fuel tank was also replaced along with flexible reserve packing and clip.
4) The fourth time I visited on 1st August 2017 for the problem I was facing for the fuel indicator where in I use to fill the tank full but the fuel indicator in proper and I came to know i need to move the car while filling the fuel.
5) The fifth Time I visited on 14th September 2017 where in there was problem in Battery and it was change.
6) The sixth time i visited on 19th Jan 2018 where in your cont- Gearbox and Sen Accel Pedal was change.
7) The seventh time I visited on 2nd Feb 2018 where in we had taken trial and after diagnosed came to know there is problem in one motor which has to replace as my wife's birthday was there on 3rd feb 2018 I was in need of car so i decided to give it on Monday thats on 5th Feb 2018. 8) today I revisited the service center where in they said they cannot say how much time will it take to repair my car. This is really frustrating when I asked them they are not ready to give any contact detail to whom i can speak and can get solution whenever i had given my car in service center I had filled the petrol but when it is delivered its in reserve they say they need to take trials why I need to spend every where, now I feel they had removed or had changed my genuine parts from my car.
Please find the attachment for the same I believe this is enough to understand that i had done mistake by purchasing Renault Kwid. They said they don't replace the car neither they give in writing so for the public awareness I want to warn the citizens that they should think before buying this car and want to make them aware these might be big scam. I also requested them to give renault owner contact no as the managers are helpless and say what ever you want to take action you can take it they never think about brand they might be use to to it and pressure customer to surrender in front of them they behave as if they are doing favor on me and they forget they are in service department sales people say they don't have any concern once sold they do not take care. they say to drop my car at their service center to do check all the problem but now I am really scared to hand over my car and its really frustrating.
