Exterior is nice.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) is poor. no much features.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good.
Ride Quality & Handling is very good.
Areas of improvement lot to say in this segment. just pray God before you send this car to service station. I have 2 experiences. 1. Few months back I went to a trip for 10 days and after coming back to home I started my fluence and found that the diesel trigger was damaged by a rat. service engineer advised to replace the entire set along with the diesel trigger. I paid nearly 18000/- for that. But in my view diesel trigger is a rubber product and if the company supplies it as a baby part it may cost around one or two thousand only. 2. Now the a/c is not workig properly because of the problem with evaporator coil. There is no stock with the dealer in vijayawada. Even after a week that part is not available with the dealer. After giving complaint to renault they advised me to replace the entire a/c blower set. Evaporator coil costs around 26000 and entire a/c blower set cost about 52,000/-. Now the company people are saying that they are helpless to provide baby part i.e evaporator coil. We can understand that the evaporator coil price is much more than any other car's coil. But how can we accept that for a small part we have to change the entire unit? Just imagine if the door handle has the problem and you are advised to change the door. My car has the problem with front suspension also. They are advising to change the entire suspension worth 85,000. Finally I advise you to buy this car but sell it before waranty period expires. My strong suggession to the company is to simplify spares as small as possible to reduce maintainance cost. Instead of spending money for these kind of spares it is better to spend money for charities.
