 Good but can be improved

 Even this can have better sapects like Automatic Climate control + Push button start + Keyless entry

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Perfomance is great for highway, but worst in city - if you go in mid-traffic area for around 15/20 minutes, its clutch and all will make you leg pain . . .

Ride Quality & Handling

 Great

 Renault Duster is definately a great car, but need to improve a lot for after sales

Areas of improvement

AFTER SALES NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT - I got my car to the service centre for 6 times for the same complains and still not resolved . . . 

Guys I'd like to say that Renault seems to be good company and specially Duster is a great success no doubt, but I am very much frustrated due to both.

I purchased a Renault Duster before some months and now its like my duty to take the car with the same complains every few days.

What is this !!! Did I pay lakhs of rupees for this ???

I want a CASH BACK for my car or I'll make this a serious issue for sure . . .

I have submitted my vehicle to your service for more than 5 times in 7 months for the same repeated complains, the car has repeated complains every few days and the best part is that they increase day by day.

It seems I PAID for a Renault Duster and now I've to check its FAULTS.

6 TIMES TO THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR SAME REPEATED COMPLAINS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR A CUSTOMER, DO VALUE THAT.
