Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox My TERRANO IS NOT MOVING AFTER JUST 500 KM. COMPANY NOT Able TO RECTIFY PROBLEM  even after 12 days. GOd KNOWs how the company is running.

Ride Quality & Handling NEW TERRANO PETROL VEHICLE IS DOWN AND COMPANY NOT ABLE TO SET IT RIGHT AFTER 12 DAYS. WORST PRODUCT.

Final Words WORST Quality of TERRANO AND WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Areas of improvement THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. MY NEW TERRANO IS WITH COMPANY FOR LAST 12 DAYS  and company is not able to set it RIGHT. There is no communication from company side. I am running pillar to post to get it back. A complete harrassment after spending 11 LAcs. No sight of vehicle getting back. No escalation of officers are provided. breaking head with customer care people. I had sent mails to senior officers but no one is taking resposibility and responding. It seems that I am cheated in broad daylight, company robbed Rs 11 Lacs and not returning my vehicle.
