I have very bad expericence with Nissan India. There Customer Care service is useless. I didn't get any reply on my online complaint. Car is good but service from both the dealer & company is not upto the mark. Recently there was starting problem in the car I had approached the dealer, aster nissan. My car was under extended warrenty still they did not replace the engine parts giving reason that the fuel quality was not good & hence its repair/replacement was not covered in extended warrenty. I was told both fuel line & fuel inector nozzle were blocked due to kerosene mixed in Dieasl. First of all who will mix kerosene in diesal!! I was filling diesal from single pump on regular basis. I am not getting any reply from Nissan India I Suggest NEVER TAKE NISSAN VEHICALS IF THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED TO GIVE SERVICE AFTER SALES.
