While purchasing the vehicle from Maruti customer should read the documents properly they are asked to sign and should not sign the blank forms.As these documents will act as a trap for customer when they face any issues afterwards.

Areas of improvement

Company should take customer's complaints or suggestions seriously by taking appropriate action on it.

Company should take actions on false commitement from delear rather than encouraging delear by backing them for the false commitement.

Company should stop giving reason like production issue as excuse for all the customer queries as they are not accepting any excuses from customer.

 Cumpony should teach their executive and distributor to treat customer with honour as customer is paying for the vehicles they own.

 Maruti should work on their policies they follow with the distributor to decrease the malpractises done from the delear.Right now Maruti has strong documentation/policies for customer but not for distributor.Maruti should include some clauses for distributor as well in the order form.

Vehicle is good but Maruti has to work on keeping customers faith intact with company.Maruti ensure that customer will pay for the losses whether they are caused by mistakes from delear.

 

Exterior Same wine in new bottle. On first look it is very much similar as old swift.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior not much change - new steering, no cd player, glass tray (india may be not required). Less boot space.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good fuel economy and good gear box, CRDI engine is rocking.

Ride Quality & Handling Its good to drive same as old swift.

Final Words Maruti is Value for money.

I have already book Swift Dzire on the Rakshabandhan day - Because giving Rs. 6.50 k it is better to give 7.10 in dzire version (Its my personal thought). We expect lot from Maruti in this cut-throat competition.

Areas of improvement

1. Provide Alloy wheels in VDI and VXI model

2. CD player must be there

3. Very less space in dickey (Storage space).

4. By increasing in diesel price of Rs. 30k no very high mark improvement.

Exterior Exteriors are good, as compared to ford, i20 and skoda.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features like CD Player, Bluetooth connectivity are missing in VDi. Comfortable for city as well as long drives too.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I can overtake whom i want, no need to think for overtaking. engine is powerful, economical & Compact. From 0-100 in a blink of your eye.

Ride Quality & Handling Comfortable ride. Everyone knows the handling of MAruti cars, servicing and maintanance of maruti cars are very economical and you can get spare and service anywhere easily.

Final Words I simply love it. I love Maruti cars for spare, Service and Resale Values. The best part of Maruti is its Huge Service Network, wherever you go, You can find a Maruti Service Centre. Also the parts are not so costly and easily available.

Areas of improvement VDi should be equipped with CD Player, Bluetooth and atleast with ABS.

Interiors as well as interiors are very much refined with good fuel economy and comfort.CD Player & Bluetooth connectivity ..

Exterior Looks complietly Rock Solid from all the angles, My Sis was not having a craze of Swift models But she was also fasinated with the looks and interiors of the Carrrr when I drove to pune to visit her. I had a dream to buy a car from 2011 , Finally it got true on 6/2/2013. after a long research as I was not willing to waste by hard earned money. Swift Vdi 2011 was my initial choice later Punto Dynamic and I20 Magna Option Came to the Race, I20 was dropped as it costed me Extra 60-65 k in comparison to Punto and Swift. Punto was also out of the Race as Fiat makers were planning to get a face Lift for Punto that would be Punto Evo some where Third quarter of 2013.

Finally Booked 29 Jan and got the Delivery on 6 feb 2013 from Chowgule Industries in Panjim Goa. As I work in bangalore Everthing was done over the phone, emails , and Net banking, I just went to Sign Registartion Docs and taken the delivery by End of the day.Have to Say these guys are Great in terms of Customer Service

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Looks very Spaciaous from inside, Boot space is also Good, You can accomodate 3 people at the Rear Seat. I have done Floor Lamination,Delux Fliming, Under Coating, Internal panelling and paint protection and Sill guard for fours doors it looks Awesome, this all has costed me extra 16 k.

Dash board, Steering: Dash board looks amazing, Steering with Silver accent adds charm to it, Ac vents Seems good and features like central locking, Ovrm Movement is at its best.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I learned driving from Motor Driving School in Banaglore got DL by paying Extra Bucks to RTO officer, Was very much Afraid to drive my New Beast as i cant drive the car in traffic,Finding difficulty in shifting the gears, But finally with the help of Frns Managed to Drive for Couple of days with minor Bruises on back and front bumper and left the car in Goa at my home and went to bangalore.

I returned back to goa after a month for Service and after left for Pune Via Sawantawadi, Kankavli, Kolhapur road, instead of being a starter Driver.

Complety Unaware about the roads Started from Honda Goa at 2.30 with 2 to 3 Minor Breaks reached pune by 11.30.With a small Bruise on the Front bottom Corner on the bumper Near Sawantawadi whereby a Mahindra fellow was overtaking a bus from front and by no means i have to turn to my left and there was a load of Gravel dumped to repair the road wherby front bottom bumper got chipped, I wished i would have applied break when i saw him, thought i would be able to make it, but I was wrong

Went upto 140 at that time I felt car is very light. Engine is smooth With Minimal Noise, And gear Box is very smooth, Pune Up and down Costed my 3200 r.s Diesel for 1075 kms. It gives 18 Without A/c   

Ride Quality & Handling Riding is having complete Fun in ghats as took Raigad, Amboli and Pune Ghat while Returining back, Its like a Cheetah on NH 4. Had a good competion With Innova, Scorpio, Skoda Rapid, And of Course Swift/Dezire.

My new Beast has touched 1674 kms and I am planning to bring to Banaglore in june so that I can taste the rides. Bit afraid driving in traffic

Final Words Just go for it knewing the facts that it has Fiber Fuel tank, Its Weighs less compared to the cars in same segment,Metal used to build is thin. Value for Money if it has been in hard way.

Areas of improvement Metal used should of a good Quality, Company Claims mileage as 23 but seems its only 18 or???

 i bought the new swift just 4 days back and found the speedometer not working and also the brakes and clutch plates are very loose , it was like the company gave me an old used swift and also at the time of delivery they even forgot to keep the antena , though the company is enjoying for the success of swift, it is losing its value in the urban market, please grow maruti suzuki and stop fooling the indian customers with your poor build quality

First i will start with my buying experience: We brought our Swifty car by paying premium amount to the dealer as there was waiting period of 6 month at that time. This was the first car of our family. In terms of ride quality its is just amazing. you just need to push this car as much as you can and it will not be disappointing you in any road condition. It is very well balance it road even in sharp cuts you will be confidant with the staring feedback. i must say some time i feel staring wheel in heavier side. Since she is 6 years old but you will be getting amaze as it looks far better than current generation. I have done some modification to make it more attractive. Just an small update i have already drove my swift 1,20,000 Km with regular service in 10,000 km it never disappoint me any situation. I always use to go Maruti service maser for Service which cost me around Rs 10,000 per service(average). All the staff's are very friendly and even they started recognize me as they knew me and my car love. In terms of Cons: 1.Its just rear and boot space. 2. Paint Quality can me improved. In terms of Pros: 1.Just amazing 2.Value for money 3.Trust worthy 4. Easy availability of spare parts 5. Easy customization 6. etc... etc.... etc.... 3. Terrible gearbox groan in 3rd, 4th & 5th gear past 60.  Comes from poorly put together gear box.

1. Not good value for money. After adding on a good audio system, seat covers, foot mats, steering cover & alloys it costs as much as Hyundai i20, which is a far superior vehicle in every respect with many extra's like rear camera, extra leg room, bigger boot space, 4 wheel disc brakes & no waiting period for delivery.

Areas of improvement  

1. Gear Box
2. Reduce rear bumper height so loading a 15 kilo suitcase becomes easier.
3. Focus the lower bumper lights.
4. Improve the quality of Interior fittings & make sure they don't rattle.

Tweaked BHP, Good fuel economy, tilt steering, power windows & side view mirrorsTerrible gearbox grone, badly fitted interior noise.

I m confused for purchasing a car but after test drive i"ll booked that day When I purchase waiting period is 4 months in 2012, vdi model white colour interiors are looking fantastic and exterior best Superb car 22+ milage zero maintenance I love this car Everything gud nothing negative I recommend too all

Best car in class provides good amount of torque when you really need it lower maintenance costs when compared to others finally you can have one for enthusiastic people and young drivers
