It is reported that Maruti Suzuki's all conquering hatchback Swift has just added another feather to its crown by becoming the fastest car model to reach the 0.3 million milestone.
Mr Mayank Pareek managing executive officer of Maruti Suzuki's (Marketing and Sales) said that “Swift represented the first Suzuki world strategic model produced in India. Built on a brand new platform, Swift marked a radical new trend in Suzuki design, representing a new philosophy and fresh thinking at Suzuki Motor Corporation. It was targeted at the discerning customer who, while valuing the traditional Maruti Suzuki attributes of fuel efficiency, reliability and performance, also desires contemporary looks and attitude in the vehicle.”
To commemorate the occasion, Maruti Suzuki has taken a unique initiative to bring all proud Swift owners on a common platform by setting up an online club called Swift Life for all Swift owners.
