Oil leakage in new car RITZ-VDI

I purchased RITZ-VDI in June, 2015 from Jagmohan Motors LTd, Rohtak, Haryana. There is continuous leakage of mobile oil from chamber. I complained about the leakage and Maruti engineers checked the car and according to them they rectified the problem. After some days again oil leakage. I re-visited the service centre and again engineers assured that problem has been rectified. After some days again leakage and I visited the service centre. At third visit to service centre I came to know that engineers do not know why and from where the leakage has originated. It means the engineers and mechanics were making me fool. Hey did not repair the car. Again I visited the service centre and discussed with GM service, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Rohtak. He again assured me that the problem has been rectified. But unfortunately, again I am facing the same problem of oil leakage. I want to know what is the policy of Maruti Suzuki, only sale the car and forget the customer or make customer fool every time. The unresponsiveness and inefficient mechanics/engineers make me feel that it was my life’s biggest mistake to purchase Maruti Suzuki car. Mechanics/Engineers at Maruti Suzuki service centre are not potent, technically unsound, illiterate in troubleshooting, and perfect in making fool of customer. Moreover, even my car is in warranty period and therefore, I requested them to replace the oil chamber but they denied.

I am not satisfied with maruti service center and thier engineers. After sale zero customer attention. I will not recommend any one to buy RITZ.
