Exterior Good aerodynamic design, very good ground clearance for Indian road, superb tall boy design, good night visible tail lamp. Almost same height as Innova.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very good Dashboard, easy dashboard mounted Gear shift, good road visibility.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very pepy Engine, More powerful, I cant find any difference with AC & without AC. Good millage (Average 21.5/ltr. I drove around 15 times in highways of 400km.). Gear box not smooth as other hatch back like i10 or i20, it is very rough like men.
Ride Quality & Handling Good ride quality. I used to drive at 110 to 150 km/hr in highways. It is very solid while applying Brake. good balancing in turning at high speed, it is pleasure to drive at high speed.
Final Words It is very good lovely car. I traveled 27000+ in a 16 months. I drive in almost all surfaces like hill and muddy and in uneven surfaces it is really awesome to drive, Once i took to a hill Manjolai in South Tamilnadu. we are totally 5 person. but the power of the car is like driving in flat surface. even it is pulling in 3rd gear. wow to drive my cute RITZ...😊
Areas of improvement More space can be provided for holding bottle & for placing mobile. Rear seat leg room can be more. Luggage space is less for a week travelling. Suspension can be improved for driving in worst bumpy Indian road. Power lag can be improved while shifting gear.

Techometer helps in good driving & fuel economy.A.C. performance is average.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Perfect eng. performenc with good pick up. Smooth gear transmission on sharp AND elevating hilly bends.Fuel economy can not be shared comfort and pleasure.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is good & handling is easy. Front Suspensions are good performing. Width of car is managable. Riding on rough roads giving no problem to driver.
Final Words I m satisfied with my selection.Car meets with my expectation regardin g fuel expencs per kilometer. Nissan Micra may be better choice in this group but having very limited outlets and service station.

Exterior Exterior is good but you will find side scratches above each and every car due to its overbuldging.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The seats are hard foam quality is poorest as if you are sitting on a wooden board and passes each and every vibration not comfortable as compared to that of tata manza and other cars.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is too noisy Gears are comparatively hard there is no smooth shifting in I and II gear which is most important in city driving.
Ride Quality & Handling Shock-abs are not of good quality with 5 personsin cabin the car base hits on speed brakers even when slow you can feel each and every bump on road.
Final Words Not much satisfied regarding luxury and comfortability while driving though engine performance is good but sound is too much for a regular driver.
Areas of improvement Soft comfortable seats, shoukd learn from TATA regarding seat comforts and luxury, reduce engine noise, shock absorbers quality has to be improved, Boot space could be increased as is in Figo by modifying back seat.

Exterior Good Design and different style. Good ground clearance.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Ample space both in front and rear. I am 6ft tall and easy for me to get in and out without hitting my head. Seats are comfortable to sit. Rear opening is taller. easier for Elderly people to enter and leave out.
Cabin noise is Less. Good AC. Power steering is easier and normal to handle. Gear Knob position is good. no need to rub the passenger side seats during gear shift. Rear Passenger also has good view on the Road front.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent performance of Engine and good in Fuel Economy Avg 19 Kmpl. Gear shift is bit tighter but not a concern. i drive comfortably concerning the fuel economy as first priority.
Ride Quality & Handling Good suspension and handling is easier. i dont have much knowledge on it. No issues till now in cornering during speeds.
Final Words I love this car and able to feel the performance in fuel economy and comfort. Except for few missing features this car is otherwise good to own for first time buyers.
Areas of improvement Features are bit less like(Auto AC, Electrically adjustable ORVM, Integrated Audio system, Parking sensors, Real time mileage and distance to empty) As it is considered high END in Diesel version the features i mentioned is not available.

Great exterior except quirky rear design. It has boudy looks. Interiors are Superb, best in its class. Interior colors are soothing.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox No comparison with other cars in its class. Equivalent to Swift. Gives superb mileage even when AC is on.
Ride Quality & Handling Excellent, very comfortable in handling even on high speed.
Final Words Great family car. Very comfortable while driving on highways.
Areas of improvement Except for rear looks nothing to improve. After purchase if you change the ordinary tyre rim with alloy wheels, you will love driving on highways. Boot space is also good for a family of four. Its tall boy concept is an added advantage for persons who are more than six feet tall. If you drive in city then also Ritz is very easy to handle and in city it gives around 13-14 KMs/litre. AC is very effective and one can feel the cooling within seconds.

I was in confusion to buy car, i am interested in Figo, wagon R, Ritz ,Brio and I-10, finally i have buy a good RITZ Car, exterior of ritz is good.
Interior of ritz is not upto the mark, however there is very good space and comfort car.
RITZ is best fuel efficient car and very good performance. RITZ is excellent in driving very good comfortable.
Finally RITZ is very good car and value for money, there should be good interior in this car then shoul be a excellent car.
I have completed six months with RITZ, I understand this is a very buy me initially I was in cofusion to buy car. In six months completed 4000 km run found average in highway aroun 18 km per ltr. Very good in driving and comfortable. i found that this is value for money in other company all features of this car we have to pay more then that this car.

Exterior Tall Boy Design , Good Looks.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Great Featuers, Good Space. Excellent Comfert. Front seats are the best, lot of head room and wind screen gives lot of space for the driver and co-driver. I feel this gives a feel like a MUV/SUV in front seats. Rear seats too has good head room but the knee space is little less if compared to the kind of space we have for head room. Three moderately built people can easily sit. AC is chilling.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox World Class Engine. Great Fuel Economy.

Complete booking & delivery experience from the dealership:
The booking experience was very smooth. We faced no problems as such. Just a hours delay while taking the car. The PDI was not offered.
Usage: The car is used only by me. Initially the car had a very high running- around 80 kms a day and now average 60 kms per day.
Exterior Good Design and different style. Good ground clearance.
Overall build quality and fit & finish: Maruti has matured over years.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Ample space both in front and rear. It is easy for me to get in and out without hitting my head. Seats are comfortable to sit. Rear opening is taller. easier for Elderly people to enter and leave out.
The design is ergonomic and the best thing about this car is the positioning of the gear lever. It is extremely comfortable once you get used to it.
However the Front Seat Foam contour should be firm and should hold the driver and co-driver.
Cabin noise is Less. Good AC. Power steering is easier and normal to handle. Gear Knob position is good. No need to rub the passenger side seats during gear shift. Rear Passenger also has good view on the Road front.
I do not know what’s the issue but the ac filter stinks for sometime if I do not open the windows. But if I allow outside air then the smell subsides.
Rear Seat emits some rubbing sound which is sometimes irritating particularly when travelling alone.
AC: The ac is effective even during the hot summers of Chennai. But the flow of air is restricted. If the air vents are turned directly towards the person he/she is chilled to the bones. But the cabin takes some time to cool.

Exterior Although the car is no thing of beauty, it has its own charm. Prior to me buying it, I didn't like it's design one bit. But after the test drive, and upon owning it (2 weeks - 400+ kms), I'm beginning to fall in love with it.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) This is the highlight of the car, the moment you step in it, it takes you by surprise. The space and comfort offered by Ritz is quite exclusive, setting it apart from cars in this segment, i10 and Swift included! This one's for the Family Guy! I had my mind almost set on buying Brio, but this changed my mind.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I'm no geek in terms of Car Mechanisms, performance etc. I'm the 'layman' so to speak. 15 - 18 kmpl in Bangalore (heavy traffic with AC, to Smooth driving on the highway).
Ride Quality & Handling The engine is silent (u cant tell at times, whether it's actually running), sounds good when revving (the RPM on the ZXI gives it the touch of sportiness, you'll just love!), has a temper! I've driven it to a humble maximum of 90km/hr so far, felt like it had a lot more to offer. But, I still have 9,600 odd kms to my first service, so I need to be patient to test it!

I bought Ritz on 12.12.12, i finalized to Ritz after reading many reviews over web. Only reason i choose Ritz over swift is a huge difference in pricing b/w shift & ritz i like both the cars but for my budget Ritz VdI was a perfect fit.
Before buying this car i actually liked Fiat punto only reason i did not go for FIAT is their poor after sales treatment.
There is nothing much -ve for Ritz apart from the rear visibility as its proven to be one of the best hatch in Indian market. If you are one among those who is looking a decent desiel hatch with good performance and a VFM car you can blindly buy this. over all i am happy with this car in all the ways. Ritzy rocks 😎.
