Ciaz as a manufacturing defect, with steering and its parts. If you observe the fault and take back to showroom, they will defiantly make you feel pissed off.
I purchased Maruti Ciaz ZXI on 19/08/2016. Their was some problem observed in the front axel or wheel on running of 1058KM, reported the same. Were in the vehicle was tested and taken by the service person. He said that it is a manufacturing defect with the Front Mounting Stabilizer Bar Bush, same was repaired on 12/10/2016. With in few days, same problem observed with a much more noise and also vibration in steering, reported the same on 23/10/2016, were in the vehicle was tested and informed it is normal by the service person. But the problem was repeated, to confirm the same I called one of my friend who own Ciaz and had a test drive for 100Km, then it was confirmed that my vehicle has a problem. I took back the vechical again on 25/10/2016, and asked them to test the vehicle properly. Service team. confirmed that their is some problem and received my vehicle for servicing 25/10/2016 9:00 hours, after which they reported their is a problem in steering bush/bearing at 19:00 hours (I wonder what made them to take such a long time to detect a problem). before to this they have promised me that the vehicle will be delivered by 15:00 hours on the same day, which was not done. After which the service manager said me that the new component or part to be replaced is not available in stock, the same is ordered to Maruti and requested through mail to send the part by air, so it reaches early. Till now it has not reached and I am waiting for my vehicle. Regarding the issue I have raised a complaint Ref No.: 5338071628. I don't know what safety Maruti is promising to their customers.
