Exterior Looks good. BUT
Boot locking problem from day 2. bolts/nuts on mudguard fall off after 170KM ride!!. not meeting expectation (my Ritz Zxi was better)
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious cabin BUT. My kids turn on lights at night, if it is not switched off in 15-20 min then probably hand will burn if you touch it. (I was also informed that changing the light outside like LED will break warrenty 😢)
If you use Infotainment (play usb MP3 audio files or FM, use maps) for 45-60 min then the system hangs. only way to restore the functionality is to stop the car, go out and lock the car, unlock and get in the car. (imagin I had to do this twice in 3.15 hr journey)
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is not powerful, I am not racer but with 4 adult+25KG luggage I can feel the drag. My Ritz was better at this.
I am getting 21KMPL in highway and 19KMPL in city. Not yet done my first servicing so hope it will improve.
I liked the engine noice seperation inside cabin but I did not like is the idling engine noice from outside.
Ride Quality & Handling Breaks are better than Ritz, Driven about 1000KM with max speed of 90KMPH. OK till now.
Final Words As a Maruti Ritz customer, I was very happy. Not happy with Ciaz after paying 13L but expecting to get better after software update to infotainment system, engine tuning and problem rectification as promised during 1st service.
Areas of improvement Infotainment system needs lot of stability improvement. Overall quality of meterial should be improved.
